Lead Forms, Consultations, and Booking
When you submit information through our forms or booking widgets, you represent that the information is true and that you are authorized to provide it. Appointment times are subject to availability and may be rescheduled when necessary.
SMS Terms of Service
Program description. When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on our website form, you opt in to the Lumyx Consulting SMS messaging program. This is a conversational and informational program. Messaging use cases include: appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling and follow-up for your free growth audit or strategy call, replies to your inquiries, and occasional service updates related to the services you requested.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier.
- Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will stop sending you SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at Lumyxagency@gmail.com or (248) 238-2704.
- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number provided to opt in to receive SMS messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to submit our forms. We will not share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your messaging consent and how we handle your data are also described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, graphics, text, and materials are owned by Lumyx Consulting or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or used without permission.
