01How do I get started with Lumyx?

Book a free Growth Audit. We review your marketing, website, and follow-up process on a call, then send a prioritized list of what to fix first, whether or not you hire us afterward.

02What's included in the free Growth Audit?

A working session on your actual accounts and site: what's converting, what's leaking, and what to fix first, in priority order. It's not a sales pitch dressed up as a call, and you keep the fix list either way.

03What information do you need from me before we start?

Access to whatever we're auditing: ad accounts, website analytics, or your CRM, depending on what you want reviewed. We'll tell you exactly what to share once we know which part of your system needs the closest look.

04Can't I just do this with AI myself now?

You can run campaigns and build pages with AI tools today, and plenty of businesses do. What AI doesn't do is tell you which of the dozen things you could fix is actually costing you the most money, or stay accountable when a campaign underperforms. That diagnosis and ownership is most of what you're actually paying for.

05My ads are running but my site isn't converting. Where do I start?

Start with the Growth Audit rather than guessing at a redesign. We'll trace where visitors actually drop off, whether that's message match, load speed, form friction, or tracking gaps, so the fix targets the real leak instead of the whole site. See our web development standards for what we check.

06Do I have to switch tools or platforms to work with you?

No. We build inside the stack you already run: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Shopify, whatever your CRM and site are on today. Migrating platforms is sometimes the right call, but it's a decision we make together after the audit, not a requirement to get started.

07Do you work with startups, or only established businesses?

Both, as long as the unit economics support paid acquisition or the follow-up systems we'd be building. Startups with a validated offer and some early traction are a good fit; pre-revenue businesses usually aren't ready for this stage yet, and we'll tell you that directly in the audit.

08What makes a good fit for your agency?

A real offer with some proof it works, a founder willing to be direct with us about what isn't working, and a business where marketing is the actual constraint on growth, not fulfillment or cash flow. If that's not your situation, the audit will say so instead of taking your money anyway.

01What does it cost to work with Lumyx?

We quote after the audit, once we know exactly what needs building or running, rather than publish a one-size price list that doesn't match your situation. As a reference point, most paid media clients run $2,000 to $50,000 a month in ad spend; website and automation builds are fixed project fees.

02Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Work is scoped project by project or month to month, and you can leave anytime. We'd rather earn the renewal with results than lock you into a term that makes decent performance mandatory.

03How do you measure and report results?

A monthly review in plain language covering what we spent, what it produced, and what we're changing next, plus live dashboard access so you're never waiting on us for a number. We report on qualified pipeline and booked revenue, not clicks and impressions.

04What if I'm not satisfied with the results?

Tell us. Most performance issues trace back to something specific, like targeting, message match, or follow-up speed, and we can usually diagnose and adjust within a billing cycle. If the fit genuinely isn't right, you're never locked into staying.

01What platforms do you manage PPC campaigns on?

Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, plus Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and retargeting across both. Which mix makes sense depends on your offer, margins, and where your buyers actually are; that's part of what the audit sorts out.

02How quickly can I see results from PPC campaigns?

First signal usually shows up inside 2 to 4 weeks: cleaner tracking, better search terms, tighter message match. The larger compounding gains come after that, once qualified-outcome data starts feeding the bidding algorithms. Anyone promising overnight ROAS is selling you something.

03Do you manage the ad budget, or do I?

You do, always. Accounts, pixels, audience data, and billing stay in your name with full admin access; we manage the campaigns inside them. If an agency wants to run your ads from their own account, that's a reason to leave, not a normal arrangement.

04Can you take over my existing PPC campaigns?

Yes. We audit what's running first, looking at structure, spend efficiency, and tracking accuracy, rather than rebuild from scratch by default, since a lot of underperforming accounts have one or two fixable problems rather than a fundamentally broken strategy.

05What ad spend do you typically work with?

Most clients run $2,000 to $50,000 a month. What matters more than the number is whether your unit economics actually support paid acquisition; if they don't yet, we'll say so in the audit instead of taking the retainer anyway.

06Ad costs keep rising. Is paid media still worth it?

For most businesses, yes, but the margin for error shrinks as clicks get more expensive. That's exactly why the system around the ad (landing page, tracking, follow-up speed) matters more now than it did five years ago: the same budget has to work harder, and a broken page after the click wastes rising spend faster than ever. See PPC management for how we build that system.

Lead follow-up & AI · 6
01What are AI booking agents and how do they work?

A full lead-response system, not a chatbot bolted onto your website. It captures a lead, responds within minutes by text or email, qualifies them against your criteria, routes them to the right person, and books the call, with AI handling the repetitive parts of that sequence.

02Why does lead response speed matter so much?

A lead contacted within five minutes converts at multiples of one contacted after an hour, and most businesses lose that window without realizing it. Speed to lead is one of the highest-impact, least-glamorous fixes in marketing, which is exactly why it gets skipped.

03Will AI agents sound robotic or impersonal?

You approve every message template before anything goes live, so the words are yours, not a generic script. What changes is when and how fast those messages go out; most leads just experience a business that finally answers quickly.

04What systems do AI agents integrate with?

GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Calendly, Google Calendar, your website forms, and your SMS and email tools, matched to whatever stack you're already running. We build inside your systems rather than asking you to adopt a new one.

05How long does it take to deploy AI agents?

Typically 2 to 4 weeks from audit to live: mapping the lead journey, building the workflows, testing against real scenarios, then launching with safeguards in place. You see the full build before it ever touches a real customer.

06Will this replace my sales team?

The opposite: it clears the repetitive layer, like first replies, reminders, and data entry, so your closers spend their time on qualified conversations instead of chasing cold form-fills. See lead follow-up for what the system automates.

Websites & conversion · 6
01Do you build new websites, or redesign existing ones?

Both. A revamp keeps what's working in the business and rebuilds around how the site actually converts; a from-scratch build is for businesses with no site yet, or one too far behind to save. The audit tells us which one fits.

02How long does a website build take?

Timelines depend on scope, from a single redesigned page to a full rebuild, so we quote a real one once we know exactly what's being built rather than publish a generic estimate that won't match your project.

03Do you build on Shopify, or custom platforms?

Shopify for most ecommerce work, plus custom or headless storefronts when the business needs something Shopify's theme system can't do. For service and lead-gen sites, we build custom rather than relying on a page builder. See web development for the full breakdown.

04Do you offer website maintenance and updates after launch?

Yes, as part of an ongoing retainer for clients who want it. The build itself stands on its own as a project first; maintenance is something you opt into afterward, not a requirement to get the site built.

05How long does SEO or organic growth take to show results?

Meaningful movement usually takes a few months, not weeks; search engines have to recrawl, re-rank, and build trust in the changes before rankings actually shift. Anyone promising page-one results in days is describing paid placement, not organic SEO.

06How do I show up in ChatGPT and Google's AI answers?

There's no special markup or trick for this: Google has said directly that no schema is required for AI Overviews or AI Mode. What actually works is being genuinely citable, meaning a clear, direct answer to the exact question someone asked, on a page that already ranks well the normal way.

Working together · 4
01Can you work with my existing in-house marketing team?

Yes. We usually slot into a specific gap, like paid media, follow-up systems, or web development, rather than replace an existing team, and we coordinate directly with whoever owns the parts we're not touching.

02Who owns my ad accounts, website, and data?

You do, always. Ad accounts, site code, analytics, and customer data stay in your name with full access; nothing runs from an account we control. If we ever part ways, you keep everything exactly as it is.

03My tracking and attribution are a mess. Can you fix that first?

Usually, yes, and it's often the first thing we fix regardless of what you hired us for. Conversion tracking, UTMs, and CRM attribution are already part of every engagement we run, because decisions made on broken data tend to be wrong ones no matter how good the campaign underneath them is.

04What happens if we stop working together?

You keep everything: accounts, site, tracking setup, and whatever systems we built, with no lockout and no clawback. We'd rather you leave with a working system than a dependency on us, even if that means you don't need us anymore.
